Individual members may submit information articles for inclusion in the Personal Experiences sector of each department click here for example  This is your library, membership is free, please use it, send your suggestions for content and submit articles so that others may also enjoy or benefit from your personal experiences.   2. Registered Private Membership entitles the individual unlimited access to the library, information services and database.
     
  3. A username will be issued to the original registrant and this can only be used by the Registered Private Member. Each user must have individual membership. Any sharing of membership details may result in loss of benefits
     
  4. Personal Experiences:   Only information articles and items relevant to the department sector will be included. Live Life Work and Jobs' Experiences in China. Inappropriate items1 will not be posted.
     
  5. Promotional items: Dated news / press releases and events' announcements will be assessed on relevance and events' notices will be removed after the event/occurrence.
     
  6. The inclusion of any article will be at the sole discretion of editorial staff.
     
  7. Please allow up to three weeks for inclusion of items submitted.
     
  8. All Articles must be submitted as email attachments in MSWord or PDF format.
     
  9. All general information articles will remain in the library until the owner requests removal or discontinues membership.

Includes but is not limited to articles that have little or no relevance to the department sector, or include content or Web links that may be construed offensive, abusive, defamatory, libellous, inflammatory, insensitive or contrary to China legislation. Any complaint will be investigated. Items will be removed if found to contain inappropriate content by China editorial staff.
